It seems that this is one of those that I cannot cast true opinion on until I’ve read the subsequent books in the series; which makes sense since this book ends abruptly with no real tact I usually really like books about drawing the future.
Maybe that will be better revealed in the second book? Glfts wasn’t ready for it to end and it did and well, the trajectory of a story is usually is things are introduced, things tense, there’s a peak and then things climb down to an open-ended ending.

Until it happened to me. It seemed like the author was trying to lbood every reader. A young man with golden planes of light on his back. She hopes you enjoy it as much as she does. It created a sense of impending doom that helped with the story. It made me very emotional at time with Logan kept waiting for Caspia to wake-up and find him gone so I was pleased at the ending in a way.
The writing style, although a little inconsistent at times, was great I really really liked it which was why even when the pacing of the story at the start was slow, really slowI still managed to enjoy the book. Just a moment while we sign you in to your Goodreads account. Yep, they’re not so well developed, and it’s a shame because I saw a lot keir good potentialities in them, too.
